1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a BesideU account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password secret and notify us of any unauthorised use.
3. Content
You retain ownership of what you post. You grant BesideU a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content within the app.
4. Conduct
Don't post unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Providers and bookings
BesideU facilitates connections between customers and providers but is not a party to any service agreement. Payments, schedules and quality of work are between you and the provider.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
